1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh garlic bulbs are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for size, freshness, and external quality.
2. Breaking & Peeling:
Garlic cloves are peeled using a pneumatic air machine, which removes the skin through high-pressure airflow without water or chemicals, ensuring clean, undamaged cloves with high efficiency.
3. Washing:
Peeled cloves undergo multi-stage washing to remove skin particles and impurities.
4. Size Reduction (for minced product):
Cloves are minced or finely chopped according to client specification.
5. Quality Check:
Peeled or minced garlic is visually inspected for uniformity, color, and absence of defects.
6. Vacuum Packing:
Garlic is filled into food-grade vacuum bags. Air is removed to extend shelf life, preserve aroma, and prevent oxidation.
7. Metal Detection & Sealing:
All vacuum-packed bags pass through metal detection before being sealed in cartons.
8. Cold Storage:
Stored refrigerated at 0–4°C until dispatch.
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.
Do not freeze unless required by your process.
Use clean utensils to avoid contamination after opening.
