Our IQF frozen broad beans are sourced from premium Egyptian farms and processed to preserve their natural green color, sweet flavor, and nutritional value. Individually quick-frozen, these broad beans retain their texture and quality, making them ideal for ready meals, soups, salads, industrial food production, and foodservice applications.

1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh broad beans are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for size, ripeness, and quality.
2. Shelling & Cleaning:
Beans are carefully shelled and washed to remove soil, leaves, and foreign matter.
3. Blanching:
Blanching preserves natural color, flavor, and nutrients while slightly softening the beans for freezing.
4. Cooling & Draining:
Rapid cooling prevents overcooking, followed by draining to remove excess water.
5. IQF Freezing:
Broad beans are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to maintain natural texture and prevent clumping.
6. Metal Detection & Packing:
Frozen broad beans pass through metal detection, then are packed in food-grade bags and sealed in export cartons.
7. Cold Storage:
Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers for export.
• Keep frozen at −18°C.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.
