Available as bottoms, quarters, and stamps, these artichokes are individually quick-frozen to ensure consistent quality, vibrant color, and readiness for industrial production, ready meals, foodservice, and retail packaging.

Manufacturing Process:

1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh artichokes are delivered from contracted farms and checked for size, ripeness, and overall quality.

2. Cleaning & Trimming:
Outer leaves are removed, and bottoms, quarters, and stamps are prepared according to specifications.

3. Blanching:
Artichokes are blanched to preserve color, flavor, and nutrients while softening the texture slightly for freezing.

4. Cooling & Draining:
Rapid cooling prevents overcooking, followed by draining to remove excess water.

5. IQF Freezing:
Artichoke portions are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to maintain structure, color, and natural flavor.

6. Metal Detection & Packing:
Frozen artichokes undergo metal detection, then are packed in food-grade bags and sealed in export cartons.

7. Cold Storage:
Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers for export.

General Instructions:

• Keep frozen at −18°C.

• Do not refreeze once thawed.
