creamy dip with authentic smoky notes. Ready to serve or use as an ingredient, it’s
frozen to retain its fresh, traditional taste.
Our Frozen Baba Ganoush is made from premium Egyptian eggplants that are fire-roasted, peeled, and mashed without any added ingredients. The result is a 100% natural roasted eggplant pulp that allows food manufacturers, restaurants, and private-label clients to season or flavor it according to their own recipes.

Receiving & Inspection: Fresh eggplants are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for size, freshness, and firmness.
Fire-Roasting: Eggplants are roasted over open flame to achieve natural smoky flavor and soft pulp texture.
Peeling: Burnt skin is removed completely, keeping only the clean roasted pulp.
Pulp Separation (upon request): The roasted eggplant pulp is separated from seeds and any remaining peel fragments.
Mashing / Homogenizing: Pulp is mashed to a consistent smooth texture without any additives.
Cooling: Product is cooled to maintain quality and food safety.
Filling & Packing: Roasted pulp is filled into food-grade bags or tubs with precise weights.
Freezing: Product is rapidly frozen at −35°C to −40°C to preserve natural flavor and texture.
Metal Detection: All packages pass through metal detection for safety assurance.
Cold Storage: Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers.
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Thaw under refrigeration.
Mix well after thawing for best texture.
