Our IQF frozen green peas are sourced from premium Egyptian farms, harvested at peak ripeness to preserve natural sweetness, vibrant green color, and nutritional value. Individually quick-frozen using advanced IQF technology, these peas retain their texture, flavor, and quality, making them ideal for industrial food production, retail packs, ready meals, soups, and foodservice applications.

1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh peas are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for size, quality, and ripeness.
2. Shelling & Cleaning:
Pods are shelled and the peas are washed to remove field residues, dirt, and foreign matter.
3. Blanching:
Peas are blanched at controlled temperature to preserve color, flavor, and nutrients.
4. Cooling & Draining:
Rapid cooling prevents overcooking, then peas are drained to remove excess water.
5. IQF Freezing:
Peas are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to maintain natural texture and prevent clumping.
6. Metal Detection & Packing:
Frozen peas pass through metal detection, then are packed in food-grade bags and sealed in export cartons.
7. Cold Storage:
Stored at −18°C until loaded into pre-cooled reefer containers for export.

• Do not refreeze once thawed.
