Manufacturing Process:

1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh green and red jalapeño peppers are sourced from contracted farms and inspected for size, color, and maturity.

2. Washing:
Peppers undergo multi-stage washing to remove soil, dust, and field residues.

3. Cutting / Slicing:
Peppers are sliced into uniform rings using calibrated slicing equipment.

4. Sorting & Quality Check:
Seeds, defects, and damaged slices are removed to ensure uniform color and clean appearance.

5. Filling:
Sliced jalapeños are filled into sterilized jars or containers.

6. Brine Preparation & Filling:
A standardized brine solution (water, salt, acidity regulators) is added to preserve flavor, texture, and shelf life.

7. Sealing & Pasteurization:
Containers are sealed and pasteurized to ensure product safety and long-term stability.

8. Cooling & Labeling:
Products are cooled, checked for correct sealing, and labeled.

9. Storage:
Stored at ambient temperature until dispatch.

General Instructions:
  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Refrigerate after opening.

  • Consume within the recommended period after opening.
