Available as chunks and puree blocks, the guava is individually quick-frozen to ensure consistency and quality. Manufacturing Process:

1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh guavas are delivered from contracted farms and checked for size, ripeness, and quality.

2. Washing & Peeling:
Guavas are thoroughly washed to remove residues and peeled where necessary.

3. Cutting / Pureeing:
Guavas are cut into chunks or processed into puree blocks according to specifications.

4. Sorting & Final Selection:
Overripe, damaged, or discolored pieces are removed to ensure uniformity and quality.

5. IQF Freezing:
Chunks and puree blocks are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to maintain texture, color, and aroma.

6. Metal Detection & Packing:
Frozen guava products pass through metal detection, then are packed in food-grade bags or trays and sealed in export cartons.

7. Cold Storage:
Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers for shipment.

General Instructions:

• Keep frozen at −18°C.

• Do not refreeze once thawed.
