Varieties: Keitt – Zubadi.
Type: IQF mango peeled, de-seeded mango pieces.
Sizes:
 > Cubes: 10×10 mm / 15×15 mm.
 > Slices: 5–10 mm thickness (or per customer requirement).

Color: Natural yellow to deep orange.

Manufacturing Process:
  1. Receiving & Inspection:
    Fresh mangoes are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for ripeness, color, and internal quality.

  2. Peeling, De-seeding & Cutting:
    Mangoes are peeled and cut into slices or cubes according to specifications.

  3. Washing & Draining:
    Fruit is washed to remove residues and surface impurities.

  4. Sorting & Final Selection:
    Damaged, overripe, or discolored pieces are removed to ensure uniformity and export quality.

  5. IQF Freezing:
    Mango slices and cubes are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to maintain natural shape, color, and texture.

  6. Metal Detection & Packing:
    The frozen pieces undergo metal detection before packing in food-grade bags and export cartons.

  7. Cold Storage:
    Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers.

General Instructions:

• Keep frozen at −18°C.

• Do not refreeze once thawed.
