Our IQF Mixed Vegetables combine premium carrots, green peas, green beans, and sweet corn sourced from trusted Egyptian farms. Each component is processed and flash-frozen separately to preserve natural color, texture, and flavor, then blended to provide a consistent, ready-to-use mix. Ideal for ready meals, soups, frozen side dishes, foodservice, and industrial food processors.

> Carrots: 8–10 mm cubes.

Manufacturing Process:

1. Receiving & Inspection: Fresh vegetables are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for size, freshness, and maturity.

2. Washing: Each vegetable type undergoes multi-stage washing to remove soil and field residues.

3. Cutting & Preparation: Carrots are diced, green beans cut to size, peas sorted, and corn kernels inspected for uniformity.

4. Blanching: All ingredients are blanched separately to preserve color and texture.

5. IQF Freezing: Vegetables are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to keep pieces separate and maintain texture.

6. Mixing: All components are combined in precise ratios to ensure consistency in every batch.

7. Metal Detection & Packing: Frozen mixed vegetables pass through metal detection, then weighed, packed in food-grade bags, and sealed in export cartons.

8. Cold Storage: Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers.

General Instructions:

• Keep frozen at −18°C.

• Do not refreeze once thawed.
