Manufacturing Process:
  1. Receiving & Inspection: Fresh vegetables are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for ripeness, quality, and size.

  2. Washing & Sorting: All vegetables are thoroughly washed to remove soil and field residues, then sorted by type and quality.

  3. Cutting & Preparation: Eggplants, zucchini, and bell peppers are cut into cubes or slices according to customer specifications.

  4. Flame Grilling: Each vegetable type is grilled under controlled conditions to develop natural smoky flavor and tender texture.

  5. Cooling: Grilled vegetables are cooled rapidly to preserve color, flavor, and texture.

  6. Mixing: Individually grilled vegetables are combined in precise ratios to ensure consistent quality in every batch.

  7. IQF Freezing: Mixed vegetables are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to maintain shape, taste, and prevent clumping.

  8. Metal Detection & Packing: Product passes through metal detection, then packed in food-grade bags or tubs and sealed in export cartons.

  9. Cold Storage: Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers.

General Instructions:
  • Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.

  • Use directly in cooking or as-is for best flavor and texture.
