Our fresh Sliced and minced onions are produced from high-quality Egyptian white and red onion varieties. After mechanical peeling and precision cutting, the onions are packed under vacuum to maintain freshness, prevent oxidation, and extend shelf life. Designed for foodservice, processors, and manufacturers seeking clean, ready-to-use onion with zero waste and consistent quality.

Manufacturing Process:
  1. Receiving & Inspection: Fresh onions are received from contracted farms and inspected for size, quality, and firmness.

  2. Mechanical Peeling (Air-Peeling System): Onions are peeled using a compressed-air peeling machine that removes the outer layers efficiently while minimizing waste.

  3. Washing: Peeled onions are washed to remove skin particles and ensure cleanliness.

  4. Cutting / Mincing: Onions are either cutting in slices, cubes or minced to a consistent particle size depending on customer specifications.

  5. Draining & Quality Check: Excess moisture is removed, and visual checks ensure clean cuts and uniform appearance.

  6. Vacuum Packing: Onions are packed in vacuum-sealed food-grade bags to preserve freshness and prevent discoloration.

  7. Metal Detection: All packs pass through metal detection for added safety.

  8. Chilled Storage: Stored at +2°C to +6°C until loading into refrigerated trucks or containers.

General Instructions:
  • Keep refrigerated at +2°C to +6°C.

  • Do not freeze.

  • Use immediately after opening the vacuum seal.
