Our frozen pomegranate arils are produced from premium Egyptian pomegranates known for their rich color and sweet–tart flavor. Carefully extracted and individually quick-frozen, the arils maintain their natural crunch, vibrant ruby-red appearance, and nutritional value. This product is ideal for juice processing, dessert manufacturing, dairy and yogurt applications, topping mixes, retail packs, and foodservice use.

1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh pomegranates are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for size, ripeness, and internal quality.
2. Opening & Aril Extraction:
Fruits are opened and arils are separated with minimal membrane presence.
3. Washing & Draining:
Gentle washing removes husk particles, membranes, and field residues without damaging the arils.
4. Sorting & Final Selection:
Damaged, broken, or discolored seeds are removed to ensure uniformity and consistent color and quality.
5. IQF Freezing:
Arils are individually quick-frozen at −35°C to −40°C to preserve natural crunch and prevent clumping.
6. Metal Detection & Packing:
Frozen arils pass through metal detection, then are weighed, packed in food-grade bags, and sealed in export cartons.
7. Cold Storage:
Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers.
• Keep frozen at −18°C.
• Do not refreeze once thawed.
