1. Receiving & Inspection:
Fresh strawberries are delivered from contracted farms and inspected for size, ripeness, and quality.
2. Sorting & Grading:
Defective or over/undersized berries are removed; remaining berries graded by size and quality.
3. Washing:
Multi-stage washing system removes soil, leaves, and residues.
4. De-stalking:
Green caps are removed manually or mechanically depending on batch requirements.
5. Final Selection:
Visual inspection to ensure uniform color, shape integrity, and removal of damaged berries.
6. IQF Freezing:
Rapid freezing at −35°C to −40°C preserves individual berry structure, natural flavor, and color.
7. Metal Detection & Packing:
IQF strawberries pass through metal detection, then are weighed, packed, and sealed in export-grade packaging.
8. Cold Storage:
Stored at −18°C until loading into pre-cooled reefer containers for shipment.
